This Privacy Policy explains how JMK Technologies ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website zerohopmta.com (the "Site") and our hosted service ZeroHop MTA (the "Service"). By using our Site or Service, you agree to this Policy.
1) What we collect
A. Information you provide to us
- Email address — used to create and manage your subscription and deliver account access.
- Domain and DNS information — the sending domain you connect, and DNS records needed for SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication.
- Contact form details — name, email, subject, and message when you contact us.
We do not ask for your postal address or phone number on the Site.
B. Data processed through the Service
Because ZeroHop MTA is a hosted email sending service, we process data on your behalf as part of delivering that service, including:
- Recipient lists and email content that you upload or send through your dashboard.
- Delivery and engagement data - opens, clicks, bounces, and SMTP responses - used to power your reporting.
- Server and IP reputation data associated with your dedicated infrastructure.
You remain responsible for ensuring you have proper consent from your recipients and for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws when using the Service - see our Anti-Spam Policy.
C. Information collected automatically
- Basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, date/time, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting.
- Essential cookies (session & CSRF, first-party) so the Site works correctly.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on the Site.
D. Payments handled by third parties
When you pay, you are redirected to a third-party payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, PhonePe). Those providers collect and process your payment instrument (card/UPI/bank) and billing details on their systems. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI ID, or bank account numbers.
2) How we use your information (Purposes & legal bases)
- Provide the service: provision your dedicated server, issue your license, process email sending on your behalf, generate delivery reports. (Contract necessity)
- Communicate with you: account access, receipts/alerts (e.g., expiry/renewal), support replies. (Contract / Legitimate interests)
- Operate, secure, improve the Site/Service (e.g., logs to debug, prevent abuse, measure reliability, protect IP reputation). (Legitimate interests)
- Comply with law: maintain records and respond to lawful requests. (Legal obligation)
We do not sell your personal data.
3) Sharing & processors
We share data only with:
- Payment gateways (e.g., PayPal/PhonePe) — to collect payments.
- DNS providers (e.g., Cloudflare, if you use automatic sync) — to manage your domain's authentication records.
- Hosting & infrastructure — to run your dedicated server, dashboard, and databases.
- Professional advisors or authorities — where legally required.
All processors are contractually bound to protect your information and act only on our instructions.
4) Data location & international transfers
Our infrastructure may be hosted in multiple regions (for example, India and other countries). Your data may therefore be transferred and stored outside your country. We take appropriate measures to protect data during transfer and at rest.
5) Retention
- Account & subscription records: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter (e.g., 3–7 years) to comply with tax and accounting rules.
- Recipient lists and campaign data: retained while your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation for support and dispute purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Operational logs: typically up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security/legal reasons.
- Contact form/email tickets: retained as long as needed to handle your request and maintain support history.
We delete or anonymize data once it is no longer needed.
6) Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data (where not required by law).
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise rights or request deletion, email info@jmktechnologies.co.in from your registered address. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Service/transactional emails (e.g., password reset, expiry notices) are required for your subscription.
7) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (access controls, TLS in transit, hardened hosting, and operational procedures) to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our protections.
Payments: Sensitive payment data is handled by PCI-compliant payment gateways; we do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or CVV.
8) Children's privacy
Our Site and Service are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9) Your responsibilities as a sender
- You are responsible for obtaining proper recipient consent before sending through the Service, and for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.
- You must comply with applicable anti-spam and data privacy laws for every recipient list and campaign you send through your dedicated server.
10) Third-party links
Our Site may link to external websites (including payment gateways). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review those policies before submitting information to them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
