Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to ZeroHop MTA and related services from JMK Technologies ("we", "our", "us") via zerohopmta.com or approved payment gateways.
1) Subscription service — provisioned instantly
ZeroHop MTA is a digitally delivered subscription service. After a successful payment, your dedicated server and license are provisioned immediately, and you may start using the service at once. Because provisioning is instant and the resource is dedicated to you from that moment, we operate a No-Refund policy.
2) No guarantee of inbox placement
Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control (recipient servers, sender reputation, content, DNS configuration, ISP policies, and anti-spam rules). We do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, or outcomes. No refunds are issued for results related to deliverability or inboxing performance.
3) Non-refundable scenarios (examples)
- Change of mind after subscribing.
- Expectations about features or results not stated on our Site.
- Spam complaints, blacklist issues, or poor inbox placement.
- Incorrect configuration of sender DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) or third-party services.
- Usage blocked due to violation of our anti-spam requirements or service terms.
- Cancelling partway through a billing period - subscriptions run for the full period already paid for.
4) Narrow exceptions we will consider
While refunds are not provided for active, delivered subscriptions, we will review the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same account and plan.
- Unauthorized transaction (cardholder did not authorize) when verified by the gateway and you notify us promptly.
- Technical failure to provision your server (your server or license cannot be activated and our support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time after you contact us, typically within 48 hours).
If an exception is approved, we may provide a refund or account credit at our sole discretion. In most other cases, we will assist you with configuration and best practices instead of issuing a refund.
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback for a valid, active subscription may result in suspension of your account and server access while the payment provider investigates.
6) How to request help or an exception review
Email info@jmktechnologies.co.in from your registered email and include:
- Your registered email address.
- Payment reference (gateway receipt/transaction ID).
- The issue you're facing and relevant screenshots/logs.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Most problems are resolved by configuration help (e.g., DNS setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sending limits, or content tips).
7) Taxes, currency, and gateways
Prices may exclude applicable taxes (GST/VAT or similar). Currency conversion and fees are handled by the payment gateway/bank and are not controlled by us.
8) Legal
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Where consumer laws provide a cooling-off right for digital services, you acknowledge that your right may be lost once provisioning begins and service is supplied immediately.
